Durable Medical Equipment - What is this?
It is any equipment that you need to help you be mobile and more independent after surgery, etc. This includes walkers, commode chairs, wheelchairs, shower chairs, canes, and crutches. St. John’s has some
of these devices if anyone needs to use them for the short term. If you are through using any of the above and don’t want them around your house, you can bring them to the church or someone can pick them up, and they will be cleaned and stored for someone else to use. What a great way to recycle!
