St. John’s Breakfast, Saturday April 6: A potluck breakfast will be served beginning at 8 am, please bring a dish of your favorite breakfast recipe to share. At 8:30 am Becca Sartori, MD Anderson, will speak to us about colorectal cancer, its prevention, early diagnosis and proper screening techniques, as well as treatment options. It is a serious subject, but one of concern to all of us, and hopefully you will take away needed information and hope for all of us. Friends, neighbors and relatives are all welcome. Braes Interfaith Ministries (BIM) Open House, Saturday April 6: All are invited to celebrate BIM’s new location at Willow Meadow’s Baptist Church (4300 West Bellfort) on Saturday, April 6, 2 – 4 pm. Please park in the same parking lot, the east side of the building, but enter through the newly-installed door. It is next to the original double glass doors entrance.

St. John’s Holiday Schedule: St. John’s church office will be closed Monday, April 1 for the Easter Holiday.

Braes Interfaith Ministries: BIM is in need of gently-used clothing for the Resale and Consignment Store (10319 S. Post Oak Rd. @ W. Bellfort). They especially need men’s and children’s clothes. Please take your donation to the store or place in the Recycle Room in McPhail Hall.

Inquirer’s Class: Pastor Jon will teach a Sunday afternoon Inquirer's Class as an orientation for those who are new to the church on Sunday, April 21 from 4-7 pm in the Session Room with a light dinner provided. Those who come may then join the church on Sunday, April 28, during worship.
