Wellness Ministry

New Year’s Eve has always been a time for looking back to the past, and more importantly to the coming year. It’s time to reflect on the changes we want (or need to) make. One of the most common resolutions is to add in fitness, get healthy and lose those extra pounds.

You can make your resolution come true by joining St. John’s fitness ministry. Novice to experienced exercisers are invited to join in the fellowship and fitness classes:

St. John’s “Walking Together” class meets every Monday night at 6:30 pm in Room 209 for approximately 45 minutes. All you need to bring are comfortable walking shoes.

“Stay Strong Stay Young” class, for improving bone density and strength, meets every Tuesday and Thursday night 6:30 pm in Room 209. All weights are supplied.
