New Sunday School Class, August 31:
Everyone is welcome to attend a new Sunday morning class, Falling in Love with God, facilitated by Lynne Parsons Austin.When
asked what the greatest commandment of all was, Jesus quoted from the book of
Deuteronomy: “You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with
all your soul, and with all your mind”. If you have ever felt like you fall
short of this goal or have wondered if it was really possible at all, then this
class is for you. One of the goals of this class is to discover a deeper, more
balanced life with God. We will explore ways to accomplish this by reading The Good and Beautiful God by James
Bryan Smith. Books will be available for purchase at the Church office next
week. Come join us each Sunday morning from 9 am until 10 am. All are welcome.
