Holiday Gift Market - Sunday, December 4
St. John’s Presbyterian Church, Houston will once again present its annual Holiday Gift Market on Sunday, December 4 at 12 Noon. The Market represents a chance to purchase gifts that keep on giving – to the less fortunate. Various booths will be available benefiting a variety of important organizations. Included will be: Heifer International (purchase whole or shares of cows, goats, pigs, chicks, bee, etc., and the animal (s) are delivered to families in developing countries where they can continue to provide food and resources); Ten Thousand Villages (sells crafts made in developing countries), Grace International Children’s Homes (runs an orphanage in Uganda); Living Waters for the World (installs water systems which provide safe drinking water); and The Coalition for Appalachian Ministries (crafts made by folks in Appalachia); and many, many more.
